Policies

This catering menu provides an overview of the food choices developed specifically for the Pluralsight team. Please utilize this menu as a quick reference guide to assist you in your food selection process. We provide everything you need for an event. All meals include ice water, available in-house china,general decorations and available in-house linens at no charge. Specialty linens and disposables can be provided at an extra charge. Please note; we are unable to guarantee that any menu item can be completely free of allergens.

Ordering

Catering requests require a minimum notification of 2 business days. “Last minute” catering requests will be accepted if staffing and supplies are available. Event cancellations must be received a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event. All catering orders can be placed online at https://pluralsight.catertrax.com. Orders are pending until you receive a confirmation e-mail. 

Custom orders 

(items not offered in the catering menu) must be placed 7 days in advance and will be priced on an individual basis. Our culinary team is happy to assist you in designing your event to suit your individual needs, occasion,and budget. Please contact the Culinary Department with any questions, to customize a special event,and for price quotes. We appreciate your business and look forward to making your event memorable.
